Machine is shown as offline

Description

You have installed the Agent on a machine, but the machine is shown as offline in the Protection Console. You can access the Protection Console at https://portal.backup.ch/ui/#/dashboards.

Solutions

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Use the «Connection Verification Tool» to verify the connection to the servers.
  • Check the firewall settings and whether the corresponding ports are open. You can find more information about the ports at this link.
