Before installation, ensure that your firewalls and other components of your network security system (e.g., proxy servers) allow incoming and outgoing connections through the following IPs and TCP ports.

Still Having Connection Problems?

A software or hardware firewall might be preventing the connection to the Backup ONE Cloud (above IPs and ports). In this case, you need to whitelist the agent or manually open all the ports mentioned above. For instructions on how to open ports, please refer to your firewall’s user manual.

You can also check the connection using the «Connection Verification Tools«.
