Backup ONE becomes official Acronis #CyberFit Delivery Partner for BSC Young Boys Bern
BSC Young Boys Bern are the reigning Swiss champions and have qualified for the UEFA Champions League. This requires strong defense, not only on the field but also in internal IT. Backup ONE and Acronis are joining forces for the next three years to further secure Young Boys' IT environment and protect the club's IT with advanced backup and patch management technology.

As a football club, more and more data from various sensors need to be backed up. #CyberFit: Together strengthening digital fitness further
Backup ONE is an Acronis #CyberFit Partner. This means that starting November, both companies will begin working together to further strengthen Young Boys' cyber fitness.

From the project start, Backup ONE will take over YB's IT environment backup and ensure regular review of protection plans. This guarantees that the right data sources are secured in the desired way (frequency, retention period, fine-tuning) to ensure the fastest possible recovery in case of emergency.

2. Patch Management and automatic security assessment of systems
Like any company, YB's systems are exposed to numerous threats daily. Emails are received, web addresses are accessed, and software is installed while servers handle requests around the clock. An important component for secure operations is keeping installed software up-to-date and maintaining an easy overview of the current status of systems. This is exactly where Backup ONE with Acronis Cyber Protect comes in: In a secure, web-based management console, overviews of the system landscape can be created, patches can be rolled out, and vulnerability assessments can be viewed in real-time. About BSC Young Boys
BSC Young Boys has won the Swiss championship fifteen times and the Swiss Cup seven times. Home games have been played at the legendary Wankdorf Stadium since 1925, which hosted the 1954 World Cup final between Germany and Hungary.
