The customer portal at https://my.backup.ch is available for managing the following products.

  • Workstation Backup
  • Server Backup

For all other products, you can discuss any desired changes with us by opening a ticket. We will do our best to accommodate your change requests as quickly as possible.

Customer Portal Management Options

To manage your subscription, please log in to your customer portal at https://my.backup.ch. There you will find information about your current subscription and the option to perform an upgrade or downgrade. You can also cancel your account directly through the customer portal. If you have any questions about your subscription, please contact our support by creating a ticket. Our team is happy to help you manage your subscription.

Are You a Reseller with Us?

To use your reseller management options, please log in to your partner portal at https://partner.backup.ch. There you will find all information about your current customers and the ability to perform upgrades or downgrades. You also have access to demo and internal accounts that contain all product features to create test scenarios. You can fully manage customers and view current price calculations.
