Teams is heavily promoted by Microsoft and is steadily gaining popularity. A key advantage is Teams' seamless integration into the Microsoft 365 environment. 1. Log in at https://portal.backup.ch with your credentials

3. Now you can log in with your Teams credentials and grant Backup ONE permission to backup the data
4. Choose how often the backup should occur and how long the data should be retained (e.g., 5 years)
5. Done – The backup will now be performed fully automatically. The data is encrypted and stored in our Swiss data centers and can be restored at any time.

Doesn't Microsoft already make a backup?
