Annual Increasing Loyalty Discount for Our Customers

At Backup ONE, long-term partnership-based customer relationships are the key to success. Therefore, our customers receive an additional +1% discount on all our products and services for each calendar year of their customer relationship. From now on and forever.

For example, if an account was opened in 2016, the customer already receives a 3% loyalty discount this year (2019). If the account was opened in 2017, the discount is 2%.

What do I need to do to benefit from this?

To benefit from this loyalty discount, no action is required. Your personal discount is automatically applied to each invoice and transparently displayed.

The longer customers stay with us, the more affordable our products and services become for them. Just like that.

Of course, the discount also applies when upgrading your account and remains in place for downgrades. It only expires when the customer relationship with us ends. With this measure, we continue our strategy of not treating existing customers less favorably than new customers.
