It is our daily endeavor to make backup solutions as secure and simple as possible for you and your customers. Recently, our focus has been on revamping the Partner Portal through which you manage all your backup customers. We are pleased to briefly introduce the new features to you in this email.
The new Partner Portal's design is similar to the previous version to make the transition easier. However, under the hood, many things are new. Learn about all the changes in the following lines.
The customer management has been significantly simplified and made more organized. You now have a better overview of the status of each customer account and can log directly into them via a link (login opens in a separate browser tab).
Protect your Partner Portal account with the new two-factor authentication. Once activated, you will receive an SMS with a code for each login attempt, which is valid for 5 minutes.
Give your internal colleagues access to customer management by creating their own user accounts. These additional user accounts can only be created and edited by your company administrator.
You can now download flyers and partner logos directly from the Partner Portal. Additionally, you can request other marketing materials.
While using the portal, you will surely notice many other smaller changes.
