Windows Offline Installer
Note: these instructions only apply to Windows devices, as all other installation packages can be installed by default on an offline machine.
To install the backup agent on a machine that is offline, you need the full installer. This already includes the complete installation archives, while the regular installer downloads these only when opened.
To download the offline or full installer, please log in to the Management Portal and click on «Add» in the top right. Now scroll down until you see the following link:
Backup ONE Agent offline Installer
Under Offline Installer, select whether you want to download the 32-bit or 64-bit installer and click on the corresponding blue link.
