You can delete backups that are no longer needed by logging in at https://www.backup.ch/login/ and then deleting the selected backups.
Note: After deleting a backup set, it can take up to 4 hours until the calculation is updated in all views.
Both complete and incomplete backups occupy cloud storage. You can delete incomplete backups by logging in at https://portal.backup.ch/wr/ (using your Backup ONE login credentials).
Deleting backups
After logging in, you will see an overview of the storage space used by your backup plans. You can delete backup archives by clicking on «Delete».
Caution: DELETED BACKUPS CANNOT BE RESTORED!
Deleting incomplete backups
After logging in, you will see the link «Incomplete Backups» in the bottom right. When you click on the link, you will see the incomplete backups. By clicking on the gear icon on the right side, you can delete these incomplete backups and the storage space will be freed up again (this can take up to 2 hours).
