Please log in to your account at www.backup.ch/login to download the software for your computer. There you will find the backup software for your desktop computers, laptops, and servers. Download the appropriate client and install it on your machine. Please note that only the currently subscribed backup client software packages are displayed.
Once the client is fully installed on the computer, your machine will appear in the management portal. Now you can create a new backup job and select which data should be backed up and how often. Here you also have the option to set a password for your backups. We recommend setting up a password for maximum security. Attention: Please keep your password in a safe place. If the password is lost, there is nothing we can do to restore your data!
You will receive a confirmation email after each completed backup job.
