Reset Quotas – Delete Certificates

In case of an incomplete uninstallation or a change in storage quota, the client may still report that the (cloud) storage is full, even if an upgrade has already been performed. To delete the quota information and other cached information and force an update, you can manually delete the Backup Agent’s certificates.

Please delete all certificate files (.crt, .cert) located in the folder:

On Windows

C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRevovery\OnlineBackup\default

On Linux

var/lib/Acronis/BackupAndRecovery/OnlineBackup/

On MacOS X

*user*/Library/Application Support/Acronis/BackupAndRecovery/OnlineBackup/Default/xxx.crt
